By using AgentFlow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AgentFlow is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered agents to automate sales, support, content creation, and analytics for Shopify store owners. The Service is operated by AgentFlow and accessible at agentflow.cash.

2. Subscription Plans

AgentFlow offers the following plans:

• Starter — $49/month. 6 AI agents, unlimited messages, all core features.
• Growth — $99/month. Everything in Starter plus priority support, advanced analytics, and multi-store management.
• Enterprise — Custom pricing. Dedicated infrastructure, self-hosted option, custom agent development, and SLA guarantees.

All prices are in USD and billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

3. No Guarantee of Revenue

AgentFlow is a tool to help grow your business, but we do not guarantee any specific revenue increase, sales conversion, or business outcome. Results depend on your products, market, and how you use the platform. Past performance metrics shown on our website are illustrative and not promises of future results.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AgentFlow uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, social media content, and customer communications on your behalf. While our agents are designed to be accurate and helpful:

• AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.
• You are ultimately responsible for all content published through your connected accounts.
• We recommend reviewing agent activity regularly, especially during the initial setup period.
• AgentFlow is not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AgentFlow to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading communications.
• Sell illegal products or services.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party platform terms of service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the AgentFlow platform.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The AgentFlow platform, including its AI models, agent frameworks, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of AgentFlow. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Content generated by AI agents on your behalf (social posts, DM responses, blog articles) belongs to you. Your Shopify data, customer data, and business information remain your property at all times.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected OAuth tokens. Notify us immediately at hello@agentflow.cash if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages (Shopify, Meta, etc.), and unforeseen events may cause temporary disruptions. Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
